You are paying for it to be alive, hosted, backed up and kept current — not for the file. We say this on day one and not in small print, because it is the part that decides everything else.

There is no fixed term. You can stop whenever you want, and you can buy it from your sixth month.

Whatever happens, and whichever way you go. Even if the site is not yours yet. Even if you leave angry.

The domain is registered in your name from the moment it goes live, and there is no account of ours sitting in the middle of it.

Your content is kept for 90 days, so the day you come back it is live again as it was.

There are no refunds — and for that same reason there is no lock-in. You can stop any month and you owe nothing more: no twelve months left to finish paying, no penalty for leaving. What is paid stays paid. It is the same rule in both directions.

Nothing is held hostage: your photos, your words and your domain are yours through all of it.

A price, a dish, an hour, a holiday closure, the text of a section, a photo, a seasonal banner.

Several of the same kind in one message count as one. What costs is opening the job, not repeating the line. Changes do not carry over from one month to the next.

Extra changes are $35 each.

A new section, a new page, a redesign, bookings or payments, a third language, a second location, reshooting the photos.

These are always quoted separately. Not to nickel and dime you — because they are a different size of job, and pretending otherwise would mean cutting corners somewhere.

We answer the same business day and the change is done in two business days. An urgent closure, the same day.

One channel: WhatsApp. Not a ticket system, not a portal, nothing to log into.

From your sixth month: $550 · $750 · $950, depending on the plan. These are fixed purchase prices; monthly payments do not create additional credits or discounts.

Or from day one: $1,100 · $1,610 · $2,710 — half on signing, half the day it goes live. Both purchase options include 90 days of support.

The purchase options are at the start or from month six. No intermediate purchase schedule applies.

After it is yours, support is optional: $55, $75 or $95 a month for the plan you were on — changes, hosting and backups. Or you take it wherever you like and pay us nothing.

You choose whether to continue the website plan or buy the site at one of those two points.

$290 when you sign, and that $290 is your first month.

Because that first month only starts counting once your site is live, the next payment lands 30 days after it goes up, not 30 days after you sign. There is no second charge on publication day.

From then on, the monthly — $95, $150 or $249 depending on how much looking after your site needs.

The alternative starts at $0 today: the first three monthly payments are $160, $195 or $265 for the chosen plan, then $95, $150 or $249. The payment dates are confirmed before work begins.

If you buy it outright instead: half on signing, half the day it goes live.

We would like to show your finished site — screenshots, a screen recording, the link and your business name — in our work and on our social media. And what it looked like before.

Two things are never included, and we ask for them separately: anyone’s face, staff or customers, because that permission belongs to each person and not to you; and photos you did not take yourself, because they belong to whoever shot them.

You can take the permission back whenever you want. One message, and it is down within two working days, with no reason needed and at no cost. What is already printed, or already shared by other people, we cannot go and collect.

This is not a condition of working with us. Say no and the price is exactly the same. And either way, your photos and your words are yours from the first day.
