A long menu with a photo for every dish is many more hours than a short one without, and that is what the monthly reflects. What do I pay to start?¿Qué pago para empezar?
$290, once, the day you sign. That is the whole up-front cost, and it is what gets the work started — the sit-down, the photo list, and the first build.
Then nothing until it is live. Your first month is charged the day the site goes up on your own address, not before — so you are never paying for something you cannot show anyone yet. After that it is $95, $150 or $249 a month, with no fixed term.
If you would rather buy it outright from the start, it is half on signing and half the day it goes live.

Straight answer, and we give it on day one rather than in small print: while you pay monthly, the site is ours. You are paying for it to be alive, hosted, backed up and kept current — not for the file.
And you can buy it whenever you want. That is the part the platforms do not offer: not selling it to you is their business model. Every month you have already paid comes off the price, and we take another 10% off on top.

Why does one business pay $95 and another $249?¿Por qué un negocio paga $95 y otro $249?
Because the monthly is not for the site — it is for how much looking after it needs. A place that changes its menu twice a year should not pay like one that changes it every week.
$95 covers two content changes a month, $150 covers four, $249 covers eight. A change is one thing you ask for, done and published: a price, a dish, an hour, a photo, a holiday closure. Extra ones are $35. If you are on the wrong plan we will tell you, in either direction.
Porque la mensualidad no es por el sitio — es por cuánto cuidado necesita. Un local que cambia la carta dos veces al año no tiene que pagar como uno que la cambia cada semana.
$95 cubre dos cambios de contenido al mes, $150 cubre cuatro y $249 cubre ocho. We tell you first. Then the site stops being shown — not deleted — and we keep everything for 90 days, so if you come back it is up again the same day.
Your photos and your words are yours from the first day, whatever happens. We hand them over in a folder even if you leave angry. That part is not up for discussion.
